Anyone running a second man through series off-tackle without pulling guards. We run the down/belly sweep, but I would like to look at the old wishbone midline dive and halfback second man through with the threat of the quarterback on the perimeter. I would like to base block the series similar to that of some of the Augustana football series.

Coach: Have a look at the link below for inside (10 series) and outside (20 series) belly series from wishbone -- easily adapted to Wing-T.

This is the inside belly or double dive series. You can run it off guard and tackle or midline and guard. If you go to coachhueys board tog and lochness talk about it all the time. There is an article at the top of the page on it.

We've run what we call 83/87 follow off the belly action.

We have the quarterback reverse out, ride, and follow the FB/HB through the hole. It's been a nice weakside power play for us especially against the 4-3.
It's also nice away from unbalanced or ends over.
