if the DE is head up on the WB or outside him, making it impossible for the WB to down block him, the WB makes a call telling the FG to pull flat to kick him out and we run the play inside the kickout block. The WB just goes inside the wide 9 and goes to backer, BG and HB cut inside the FG's block.Simple and nobody's rules change.
