    Default Reinhardt Wing T

Hey! Any of our Wing T Brothers down south... do you know anything about Reinhardt U.'s Wing T offense? Their staff?
I've watched them on YouTube and they run an UP-tempo, no huddle, BASE Wing T offense... Red/Blue! under center!!! They do have a "tight" shotgun package and a spread but they're still running Wing T plays!
    Help!
    Thanks,
    Lew

It's great stuff spent whole afternoon looking at all highlight's and hudl cut up's and got a tone off new idea's. I love what there doing out of gun with true red blue formation's with plus and minus FB alignment's. There play action and screen game off jet action is no joke !!!!!

We saw Reinhardt on film against Mercer (yes the same Mercer who played Alabama) in 2013 when we were getting ready to play Mercer. The HC at the time is now OC at Furman but they are running the same things I saw back then. The only name I recognize on the staff is Tom Tarquinio who was a great QB at Navy and whose Dad was Pat Tarquinio a legendary HS coach who I knew in Western PA. Looks like this would be a great place to visit in the off season. They are a small Christian school about 1400 students and about 140 football players located 75 miles from Atlanta. They had some REAL GUYS when I saw them on film and look like they still do from what I just watched. They play Georgetown Ky this week in the NAIA quarters.

Other thing i noticed that stand's out to me is there spilt's are about 6 inches not 2 or 3 feet . Is this because there so reliant on Jet and have the shortend flank ? We went to doller bills 3 years ago and the reasons i did it was because of the shortened flank better double teams easier pullling disatnces and i can get get away with lesser athlete's at tackle. From following these board's the last 4 year's i've noticed a lot of WT teams cutting split's down. Do you feel theres any specific reason why more WT team's are doing this or is camera playing trick's on me .....
