    Default Nfl wing-t

While watching the Rams - Saints game today, I saw the Rams run several wing-t plays. They ran several plays from jet motion, Jet sweep, FB Flip, and Keep Pass. They also ran Waggle but without guards pulling. The patterns were pure wing-t, RB in flat and drag from back side.

Let us also remember the shovel/shuffle pass the Steelers scored on last night. We made a living on that in the late 80's and early 90's but got away from it. If I was still coaching it would be in the plan. I saw New England score a TD on Jet Flip and see many teams running it. Brady timed it up perfectly and the flip occurred in the play side A gap which is one of the keys which I talk about in my Jet Sweep and Shotgun talks. The announcer mentioned it was probably the shortest TD pass in terms of distance in the air(maybe a yard) in Brady's career.
