Thread: Plays away from belly motion

    We have had a lot of success running the belly and it compliments. However, we are starting to get a lot of lb flow to our motion and am looking for some advice on slowing it down We run belly counter and the down Z but I am looking to add more away from motion.

    Any advice would be great.

    Coach,

    Try some Belly motion but then run a few 20 series/Buck series plays back, such as Trap and Sweep and waggle and use the WB for blocking on the DE.

    Also - use Rocket motion with these counter plays. Run Rocket motion and then Tackle Trap, Sweep, Guard Trap, even Waggle to the TE.

    Coach,
    Could you draw this up for me? We are working on a Waggle screen, but its not coming together yet. I would love to here about the belly screen as the belly series is becoming our bread and butter.
